It undertakes national quality supervision and random inspection, product certification, production license, new product appraisal inspection, and other entrusted inspection tasks for some products. Originally, there was a Review Department of the National Office of Industrial Product License for the Production License of Building Steel Pipe Scaffold Fasteners, which was responsible for organizing the industrial product production license (replacement) issuance, enterprise production condition review, and product inspection work for scaffold fastener production enterprises across the country.
